Visual artist Martin Moreno, designed a beautiful mural for the City of Glendale! The mural, titled El Corrido de Glendale, Arizona, illustrates a timeline of the history of Glendale. A few community members and artists, a few of my students, Martin and I worked hard on this mural of 330 tile. I worked on the vegetables, the tree and a bunch of small stuff. It's installed by the antique and specialty shops, in the historic downtown area of Glendale by 58th Avenue.
